Hi, I'm Niki

I work with women who are at a turning point—questioning their relationship, their marriage, or the life they’ve built.

This work isn’t theoretical for me.
I’ve lived it.

I know what it’s like to stay too long, to second-guess yourself, to try to make something work that deep down… doesn’t fit.

And I know what it takes to choose yourself.

For over a decade, I’ve supported women through deep personal transformation—combining mindset work, emotional processing, and body-based practices that help you move from confusion into clarity, and from fear into action.

I’m also a mother—which has only deepened my understanding of what it means to make powerful, life-altering decisions with care, courage, and responsibility.

For the last 20 years I've worked as a certified women's empowerment coach, hypnotherapist, EFT practitioner, community builder, energy master, reiki teacher, and retreat host.

My Feminine Flame journey...

The fire I feel for YOU, and this program, was lit through great turmoil, pain, despair, death, divorce, and devastating loss.

Once upon a time, I was dying inside. Allowing patriarchal conditioning to control me, and living a life where my light was only a low glowing ember. I remember hitting a breaking point where I said to my best friend, "This is it. I either do the unimaginably hard things, or I become an empty shell of myself."

What I began implementing was years of daily self-love and empowerment practices. As a trauma and abuse survivor, my own miracles began to unfold as my brain and body began to heal. I realized that I had the keys that I needed to unlock my cage, and that I could share this path of liberation with others.

I'm now thriving and continue to radiate the truest LOVE which comes from the ocean of life-force that flows through all of us.
